About me

Hi, I’m Judith. I have been planning events my whole life and have been doing it professionally for the past few years. I love everything about the process - I love to make sure all the details are in place, that all logistics have been thought of, but mostly I love to create the perfect event, one where everyone is at ease, looked after and leaves smiling. Most recently, I have been specializing in corporate events and have excelled at creating the perfect space to solidify, and create, business relationships.


Following the completion of my B.B.A in International Business, I started my career in sales. I learned quickly to adapt and analyze needs, while working with clients from different industries that ranged from fashion to pharmaceutical. I eventually moved into the cultural and arts sector, and was fortunate to work alongside great artists and educators where my business mindset was much appreciated. Throughout my career I have gained the skills necessary to adapt to new challenges, pivot when necessary, and understand the complexities of navigating various norms and cultures.

Logistics is my passion! I’m at my best when I work alongside visionaries who need a partner with the capacity to make things happen. To me, the simple arithmetic I employ is that every problem has a solution, no matter how daunting it may seem to others.

Connections

Not only am I well connected to venues and third party providers in Québec, but I have experience planning events and trips all across Canada. These existing relationships that I have are built on trust and transparency - both of which you will take advantage of when working with me.

Execution

With my planning, logistics and operations acumen, I can help create your event from A to Z while meeting your needs and objectives. I also love partnering with other professional event planners, helping them execute a vision. It allows me to have access to different environments and continue my growth as an event planner.

I take my job very seriously - every event gets my full focus when I’m actively working on it. You will have the utmost professionalism, honesty and transparency when working with me. Furthermore, I am perfectly bilingual, French and English, both written and verbal.

Consultation

If you have questions about an event that you are planning, I can help with that as well. I offer consultations on venue contracts, scheduling,  permitting and various other event elements (see below for a more comprehensive list).
